Returns or exchanges will be accepted if a product arrives damaged, is defective, or the spray mechanism is not working correctly.

Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@berniceperfume.com, including your order details and photographs of the product and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
